We are a long established press-tool maker. We design and manufacture tooling for a variety of applications through many industries. We have Cnc machining and wire erosion onsite and test facility for 350 tonnes.
We offer a turnkey process from initial concept design through to tool maturation and CMM inspection.
We also design and manufacture jigs and fixtures from inspection to welding purposes. These are very bespoke and (as with the tooling) we work very closely with our customers to develop production routes and processes.
We offer sub contract Cnc machining (3 axis) and also wire erosion. We have 7 machines currently split between the two cells.
We have continued to invest in the business despite current headwinds, and have the latest Cnc / Wire erosion software and equipment.
Our longstanding expertise and service means that we can identify and rectify issues with our customers current tooling issues also. This is becoming more and more important with the scarce amount of toolmaking companies now in the UK.
Our USP is really our great service and willingness to assist our customers at every stage of the process, be it in simulation of initial part design to fault finding in troublesome tooling issues. We are considered a very "safe pair of hands" by our customer base.
